Refund policy

Because each book is printed on demand specifically for you after you order, our return process works differently than a traditional store. We want to be fair to you and sustainable as a small business.

What we cover

For damage or defects, please send a photo of the issue to help@iqralittlepages.com. We will respond within 2 business days.

Change of mind or accidental order

We get it, mistakes happen.

  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong book, contact us within 24 hours. If the book hasn't started printing yet, we will cancel and refund you in full.

  • If you simply changed your mind, because each book is printed just for you, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind.

We want you to feel good about supporting our small business.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive it:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local postal service

  • Contact your local carrier directly

  • Then email us at help@iqralittlepages.com

  • We will provide tracking information to assist your inquiry

  • We cannot issue refunds for packages marked delivered by the carrier

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days:

  • Contact us immediately

  • We will open an investigation with our shipping partner

If your book has not arrived within 20 business days of your order confirmation:

  • Contact us at help@iqralittlepages.com

  • We will either reprint the book at no cost OR issue a full refund (your choice)

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:

  • It goes to your original payment method

  • Processing takes up to 10 business days

  • Your bank may take additional time to show the refund
