Q : What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?
A : Misprinted pages, missing pages, binding errors, severe ink issues, or significant physical damage from shipping
Q : Can I exchange for a different book?
A : No exchanges. If you want a different book, please place a new order. If you received a defective book, we will send a replacement at no charge, you keep the original.
Q : What if I receive the wrong book?
A : Contact us immediately with photos. We will send the correct book at no charge.

Note: Because each book is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept physical returns for change of mind. However, if you change your mind, contact us, we will always try to find a fair solution.
